Tuition Club Online classes resume tomorrow from 10am UK Time. We look forward to welcoming you all back for more educational and engaging online lessons. We have a few new exciting additions to our online learning tools including e-books for reading in English and Quizlet for in class games. Keep a watch out for more exciting updates coming soon!
In September we introduced our brand new online classes, following on from the success of our onsite Tuition Club in Manchester. Alhamdulilah we have now expanded our service to cater for home-schooled children from around the World. We are dedicated to supporting home-schooling parents and hope that we can now fulfil our ethos with parents in other cities and countries. The subjects that we provide support in are English, Maths, Arabic, Science, Islamic Studies, History and Geography.
Since commencing, our online home schooled children have been making fantastic progress. They have been learning about Ancient Egypt in History, the process of heredity in Science, importance of the masjid in Islam and much more. Alhamdulilah it has been a great start to the new online academic year, with children from different cities/countries learning and progressing together.
Our garden club attendees had a wonderful trip to Kenyon Hall Farm on Tuesday.
The children attended an educational farm tour, in which they learnt about the different fruit and vegetables grown on the farm. This gave an in-depth insight into food production, nutrition and healthy eating.
This was then followed by a ‘Pick Your Own Fruit/Vegetable’ activity, which added a hands-on learning experience to the trip. The attendees had a lot of fun picking garden peas and were very excited to take them home to show their parents.
As part of our weekly Garden Club our home-schooled attendees will be visiting Kenyon Hall Farm in Warrington tomorrow Tuesday 23rd July in shaa Allaah.
The exciting visit will include an educational farm tour, which covers some general farming topics from the ‘food and farming’ tour, with particular focus on visiting the fruit and vegetables growing on the farm at the time. This gives an in-depth insight into food production, nutrition and healthy eating. This will then be followed by a ‘Pick Your Own Fruit’ activity, which adds a hands-on learning experience to the trip.
Garden Club is cancelled tomorrow due to the Tuition Club end of term trip to the Play Factore! We will resume next Tuesday 23rd July for session 9, which will be a trip to Kenyon Hall Farm in shaa Allaah. We look forward to seeing all attendees then.
